Here’s a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Houston, TX. My parents moved here to the U.S over 30 years ago from El Salvador for the reason that all immigrants make the transition to America, for a better quality of life for their children and themselves. I’m so grateful that my parents decided to move here because I really do believe that in America you can create the life of your dreams. The opportunities are endless. It’s pretty amazing. 🙂
Back in 2011, I discovered the world of personal development and I instantly fell in love. I loved everything about it. Self-Help books quickly became my favorite book genre! I was amazed how all the information I was learning was never taught to me in school.
As I dove into self-help books, audio books, and attended seminars I realized something, life is much easier than we make it. Yes, we all will face challenges but I do believe when we acquire the right knowledge and tools life can be as beautiful as you can imagine it to be.
I felt compelled to share with everyone all that I was learning. After all, who doesn’t want to be a better version of themselves!? And that is why I created Lifetime of Bliss.
~I’m a believer in the law of attraction, I’m a believer that gratitude changes everything, and that we were all given this life to do something extraordinary with it~
I truly thank you for taking the time to read through my blog. If I could deliver one message to you it would be this:
The fact that you’re alive is a miracle and there is something special you are here to do. You have so much greatness within you, please don’t play small. Live it up, take the time for the things that make you feel alive. Go on adventures and be good to people along the way. Do some deep work for yourself. The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself, get to know who you are and what it is you want to create in the world. Please don’t let fear stop you from chasing that dream life of yours. I know it can be scary, but I really do believe it’s worth it. And while you’re on your journey spread lots of lots of love to family and strangers alike.
Wishing you all the best!
Martha
