Today I wanted to address a topic that is something I know will have a huge impact on anyone who hears it and really takes away even just one point from what I have to say.

Many times we feel stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, sad, and frustrated and so many other negative emotions that we shouldn’t be experiencing in the first place. Why do we feel this way? If there were some magic wand that we could wave to make all of these things disappear from your life, would you do it? Yes, of course you would, we all would. The reason that we feel all of these negative emotions can basically be summed up in one sentence. We feel this because something has happened to us, or we did something that has gotten us into a big mess and we’re panicking trying to find a way out of it all on our own. You don’t have to feel alone and defeated when things don’t go your way because guess what? You’re not alone. This may be hard for some people to believe based on what your beliefs may be, but as long as man has existed there have been references to a higher power, this higher power has been given so many names, but I believe it all is referring to the same thing. Napoleon Hill refers to this phenomenon as the “infinite intelligence”, a resource in the universe that if you can tap into it, it will allow you to accomplish in 1 year what you could not have accomplished in a lifetime without it.

I truly believe that God really does have us in the palm of his hand and that with his presence we will have a life filled with abundance and everything we’ve ever dreamed and hoped for.

There’s a quote by the amazing author and speaker, Wayne Dyer, which states “If you knew who walked beside you at all times, on the path that you have chosen, you could never experience fear or doubt again.” I absolutely LOVE that! It’s one of my favorite quotes of all time. I have it written on my daily affirmations wall and I get to read it every day. The way I see it, how can one not believe that there’s something greater than ourselves guiding us through our lives. In my opinion, there is no other explanation that something is helping me as I continue in this journey we call life.

When you give all your worries, frustrations, and doubts to something higher than yourself your life will become much more enjoyable. Believe me it will! You deserve to live a life filled with joy, gratitude, and fulfillment. Don’t waste another second consumed with worry about how things are going to work out. Just know they will. Have confidence in something bigger than yourself.

We’ve all been through times when we felt alone and worried about how things would turn out. Maybe you were in a bad situation and you asked yourself “Will things ever get any better?” And lo and behold they did. I’ve felt that countless times in my life, I mean who hasn’t right? I remember just last year I was searching for a job and felt like I couldn’t seem to find the right place for me at the time. I had been jumping around from job to job with no success of feeling like it was a good fit for me. Finally after searching, applying and interviewing I found a place for me. A place where I know I’m meant to be while I build my life coaching business.  I’m happy, grateful and it’s even better than I expected. This, although a small example, is one of the many times I knew God and the Universe had my back.

It’s an amazing feeling to simply know and believe that you will be taken care of. Next time you are faced with a difficult situation don’t stress! Breathe. Smile. And remember the universe has your back.
